AAP
A homemade bomb is the likely cause of an explosion at a park in Melbourne's southeast last month.
A loud bang was heard at a reserve in Skye about 6am on August 29, which police believe came from a homemade device being detonated.
Anyone near the explosion is likely to have been peppered with PVC fragments or sustained flash burns or hearing damage.
