Vic man charged with attempted murder

A man who allegedly shot a pedestrian in Melbourne's CBD has been charged with attempted murder.
Fouad Elsayegh, 24, appeared in the Melbourne Magistrates Court on Friday charged with attempted murder over the April 13 shooting.
At the time police said a pedestrian, a 26-year-old NSW man, was shot by the driver of a car.

Magistrate John Doherty remanded Elsayegh in custody to appear in court again on July 29.
Elsayegh did not apply for bail.
