Vic man charged over 18-year-old's death

A man has been charged with the murder of a man whose body was dumped outside a hospital in Melbourne.
The body of 18-year-old Hieu Nguyen was discovered on a nature strip in front of the Sunshine Hospital in St Albans in May last year.
Homicide detectives have charged a 25-year-old Taylors Lake man with one count of murder.

He is due to appear in the Melbourne Magistrates Court on Thursday.
