Victorian infant whooping cough cases halve

Infant whooping cough cases in Victoria have more than halved in the last year.

Free vaccines for expectant parents and parents of newborns were reintroduced in June 2015.

Thirty Victorian babies aged one and under have contracted whooping cough so far this year, compared with 68 cases for the same time last year.
