The final full day of campaigning for the Victorian state election has arrived.

Federal heavyweights will continue to arrive in Victoria on Friday to help campaign ahead of Saturday's election.

Opposition leader Bill Shorten is expected to campaign for Labor in Melbourne while Foreign Minister Julie Bishop will visit voters in Macedon to support the Liberal party.

Palmer United Party candidates will get a helping hand from Clive Palmer who intends visiting his childhood home in Williamstown while in town on the hustings.
