'Ultrasound scammer' tracked down by upset mother

The woman who allegedly sold multiple families the same ultrasound image of a baby has been confronted by one of the devastated mothers who claims she has been ripped off.

Rawina Hayes is accused of deceiving almost 200 different women, selling them all the same image of an unborn baby they believed to be their own child.

Ms Hayes has managed to avoid the families she scorned until now, with one of the victim mothers, known only as Lisa, confronting her with a television crew from A Current Affair.

Ms Hayes refused to acknowledge Lisa's emotional pleas for an apology.

"You've broken so many hearts Rawina," the hurt mother told her.

"You're calculating, delusional and evil and you won't get away with it."

Lisa recalls looking at the photo she thought belonged to her and her family.

"You handed me a photo saying I had a beautiful baby girl. And it wasn't," she said.

Ms Hayes has reportedly offered the families she allegedly swindled each $5 compensation for every photo she sold them.

But the families say they do not care about the money and are seeking legal action.
