Two men rushed to hospital after alleged assault at Sydney's Northern Beaches
A man has been taken to hospital with serious injuries and another man is under police guard following an alleged assault on Sydney's Northern Beaches.
Emergency services were called to a hotel on The Corso at Manly just after 12am today.
Paramedics treated a 42-year-old man at the scene for an injury to the back of his head.

He was taken to Royal North Shore Hospital in a serious condition.
A 40-year-old man was arrested near the scene and he was taken to Northern Beaches Hospital for treatment with facial injuries.
A crime scene was established as officers commenced an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
