Two men arrested after hit-and-run leaves teen fighting for life
Two men have been arrested today in north-west Melbourne over a hit-and-run that left a teenager fighting for life.
Police say about 11.30pm yesterday, a Honda sedan crossed over several lanes before colliding with a Great Wall SUV on the Western Ring Road between Ballarat and Furlong roads in St Albans.
The rear passenger of the Honda, a 17-year-old boy, was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.

The driver and front passenger of the vehicle fled on foot.
The occupants of the SUV did not sustain any serious injuries.
Investigations remain ongoing.
