Two children have been injured in a fall from the window of a third-floor apartment in Bankstown, south-west Sydney.
A girl aged about five was taken to hospital in a critical condition, while a boy aged about three was taken in a serious but stable condition.

They are understood to have fallen through the flyscreen of a window.
Emergency services were called to reports of injured children at the South Terrace block about 9am today.
