Two Melburnians arrested after shooting
A man and woman are being interviewed by police after a firearms incident outside Melbourne's Crown casino.
Melbourne Crime Investigation Unit detectives arrested the 27-year-old male and 26-year-old female on Daly St in South Yarra on Thursday in relation to the May 18 incident.
Witnesses reported hearing gunshots and seeing a man with a handgun about 4.15am on Queensbridge Street, near Crown casino.
One man was treated for non-life threatening injuries related to the incident.
Senior Sergeant Steve Bills told reporters at the scene it was believed the apparently targeted shots did not hit the victim.
After the shooting the intended victim and gunman walked off in opposite directions along Queensbridge St.
