TV reporter shocked when man reveals what he would do with $700m lotto jackpot

A reporter never quite knows what to expect when interviewing the public at random – but it’s safe to say this Fox5 reporter wasn’t expecting anything as brutally honest as the response from one Lotto hopeful in Nevada.

Ophelia Young was interviewing Powerball entrants in Primm on live TV when she encountered one man who was looking forward to “a bunch of hookers and cocaine” if he won the almost $700 million jackpot.

The stunned reporter quickly moved on, saying it wasn’t quite the answer she was hoping for.

The man had previously acknowledged his chances of winning were “slim to none” so he will likely have to find another way to fund his life of debauchery.

The Powerball jackpot reached a jaw-dropping $675 million, the largest lottery jackpot in US history, after nobody won Wednesday night’s draw.
