Turnbull rallies fire volunteers

Malcolm Turnbull has told volunteer firefighters he will make it unlawful for enterprise agreements to limit the ability of emergency services agencies to manage volunteers.
The prime minister visited a CFA facility in Coldstream, in regional Victoria, on Monday ahead of the government introducing changes to the Fair Work Act to parliament next week.
"We were as shocked and horrified as you were to see this Labor state government seek to subordinate you to a militant union - an extraordinary action which demonstrated beyond any doubt how beholden the Andrews government is to the militant unions," Mr Turnbull said.
