Dump truck loses brakes, crashes into backyard swimming pool in Sydney's north-west
A nine-tonne dump truck has lost its brakes, crashed through a fence and rolled into a swimming pool this morning in Sydney's north-west.
Police were called to a property at Melissa Place in Cherrybrook at 7.50am after reports a truck had rolled into a backyard pool.
Upon arrival police found that the driver of the truck was not inside the vehicle at the time and no injuries have so far been reported.

Helicopter vision showed the truck had crashed through a fence before rolling down a hill into the property's pool.
Police are currently trying to determine the best way to remove the vehicle 9News
