Truck overturns in front of house in Sydney’s west

A truck has overturned in the front yard of home in Sydney’s west this morning.

The vehicle was travelling along Dunheved Road just after 9.30am when it rolled down an embankment, smashing into the front yard of a Penrith home.

Paramedics have attended the scene where they have treated the male driver for minor trauma and a shoulder injury.

He has been taken to Nepean Hospital.

There have been no other reports of injuries.

Police remain on scene and are urging motorists to avoid the area.
