Traffic in Sydney's south-west is heavily backed up after two separate collisions on the M7 this morning.

Two trucks collided on the Hume Motorway at Bardia, closing three of four southbound lanes.

And not far away at Prestons, a b-double is believed to have jack-knifed before tipping over on the shoulder of the Hume Motorway at about 7.45am.
