Traffic reporter breaks into Frozen parody

A US news reporter has become a viral sensation after he spent three minutes of precious air time to sing his own parody version of a song from Disney film Frozen.

Not satisfied with amusing the audience with brief asides in his traffic report, Bob Herzog used a drawn-out segment on Local News 12 in Cincinnati to address dangerous snow conditions in song form.

"I've taken my daughter to see the Disney movie Frozen, twice," he announced.

"A lot of those songs are up in my head."

Herzog then broke out his smooth baritone with a self-penned parody of the song 'Let It Go' called 'Just Don't Go', urging people to avoid using the roads in the snow.

As he sings, a montage of minor car accidents and joggers slipping on ice is shown.

"I've got to ask, what's wrong with you?" the anchor man asks after it runs.

As bizarre as the performance seems, it's not too unusual for Herzog, who actually performs traffic-themed pop song parodies regularly on the show.
