All lanes reopened after truck bursts into flame on Sydney’s M5 East
9NEWS
One of Sydney’s busiest motorways has been reopened after a truck burst into flames early this morning.
The truck is believed to have clipped a barrier, spilling fuel which then ignited.
The crash triggered road closures, diversions and lowered speed limits while emergency service workers managed to extinguish the blaze, clear the wreckage and remove diesel from the road.
