English Actor Tom Hardy is known for playing buff, action-packed roles on the big screen, and can now add a real-life scenario to his repertoire.
The Hollywood star, 39, witnessed two teenagers allegedly crash a stolen motorbike into a car in Richmond, in south-west London on Sunday, BBC reported.
The teens attempted to flee, but not before the Mad Max: Fury Road and The Revenant star chased one down and apprehended him.
The other was caught by a police officer.
A witness, Arun Pullen, told the Evening Standard the actor “went off like a shot in pursuit and looked furious”.
A Richmond Police spokesman said two people on a stolen motorbike were arrested.
“The males ran off and one was detailed by Tom Hardy. Both suspects were initially taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries,” the spokesman said.
The two teenagers have been arrested on suspicion of various motoring offences including taking a vehicle without consent and theft of a motor vehicle, and remain in police custody.
