Toddler dies after being found unconscious inside car in Sydney's north-west

Police are investigating the death of a three-year-old girl who was found unconscious at a home in Glenwood in Sydney’s north-west yesterday.

Emergency services were called to a house in Cameo Circuit about 4.45pm after reports a young girl had been found inside a car.

Family members performed CPR on the girl until police and NSW Ambulance paramedics arrived. 

A NSW Ambulance spokesperson said the girl was in cardiac arrest by the time paramedics were on the scene.

She was taken to Westmead Hospital where she later died.

The toddler's death is being treated as suspicious.
