'I've got the biggest mouth': Sophie Monk lets slip on massive movie news

Sophie Monk is better known to Aussie viewers as the host of Love Island Australia and as a panelist on Nine's hit comedy show The Hundred With Andy Lee.

But since her time as a former member of pop girl group, Bardot, Monk has also dabbled in a bit of big screen acting as well.

From blockbuster comedies like Date Movie and Click, to gruesome horror films like The Hills Run Red and Life Blood, Monk tends to not take herself too seriously when it comes to acting roles.

And her upcoming project, Zombie Plane, promises to be much of that same silly, gory fun.

The film about, you guessed it, a zombie outbreak on board an international flight, stars Monk, alongside big names including Chuck Norris, Vanilla Ice and Sir Bob Geldof.

But there is one huge Hollywood name, although unconfirmed, who Monk accidentally let slip could make a cameo as well.

"And Cher's in it, oh no.. wait sorry... hang on, no, Cher's not in it," Monk said, frantically backtracking when she realised what she'd said.

"She's not confirmed I don't think, no, no, I don't know, no, I don't know anything... I have got the biggest mouth."

While it remains to be seen if the Turn Back Time singer will make an appearance in the Aussie production, Sophie revealed she and her big name co-stars will play fictional versions of themselves.

"I play myself, but I have to act a bit like how I'd act if a zombie was there," she said.

"It's more like method acting, I've been method acting my whole life - if there was a real zombie outbreak I'd die straight away, but in this I'm a little more, I fight back."
