Which Today hosts use their phones on the toilet?

Phones on the throne. It's an issue that has divided the Today couch this morning… and led to some awkward confessions.

It all started after we ran a poll on Today's Facebook. We were shocked when 75 per cent of our respondents admitted they're guilty of bringing their phone into the loo.

But it doesn't stop there.

Sports presenter Alex Cullen was quick to admit he too indulges.

"I do, I use it on the loo. I'm sorry. It is a gross spot to do it. That's my time. I've got twins, they're one year old. They're hard work. I am telling you now. That's my space to hide away. 'Is he still in there? Yes, he is,'" he admitted.

Host Karl Stefanovic also confessed giving a coy shrug.

The revelations left newsreader Tracy Vo disgusted.

 "I think it is very much a bloke thing," Vo said.

"It is gross! I'm not touching your phone ever. You also run the risk of dropping it in the loo."

Ally Landon refused to answer the question.
