It's been more than 30 years since the original premiered in cinemas and now, longtime fans of Toy Story are gearing up for the next chapter.

Toy Story 5 sees Tim Allen, Tom Hanks and Joan Cusack return as everybody's favourite toys, although this time they are facing off with a new threat - technology.

Greta Lee joins the cast as smart device, Lily Pad and Toy Story 5 is in cinemas on June 18 - you can see the brand new trailer in the video above.

And AI seems to be tightening its grip on Hollywood, well, that's according to Matthew McConaughey.

In an upcoming interview with Timothee Chalamet, he warned that actors will need to start protecting their names and faces as the tech becomes more ingrained in the industry.

And it was the inaugural episode of the companion series, After The Dinner Party, that blew up the internet and posed tech issues for Stan, delaying access to the platform by truly exceeding all expectations.

And that was only the second party of the season, so god only knows what lies ahead.
