Priceless reaction of our $200K Mega Cash winner

In the largest ever breakfast television cash giveaway, the Today Show handed $200,000 out this morning.

The winner, Julie Jones from Berkeley Vale in New South Wales, could hardly contain herself on the live televised call, breaking down with emotion.

Struggling to talk through her tears, Julie's husband Adam had to take over the call. "This will make a huge difference to our lives," he said.

Adam explained the couple were watching the program while getting ready for work. "The phone rang and we both looked and each other. Julie jumped up and said 'I wake up with Today' and then she started bawling," Adam recounted. "Thank you so very, very much."

Julie has been battling breast cancer and is looking forward to putting the money towards a deposit on their house.

It was a historic moment for breakfast television – never before has any morning show given away such a large sum.
