Otto Nyholm has been in the industry for 24 years and he told Today as exciting as his work can be, it has it's challenges and can be very dangerous.

"Every job has its own challenges, like the easiest fall can become very difficult because suddenly you have this really big costume and you can barely move," Otto said.

Otto's had quite a few injuries over his career and his most recent one had hosts Karl and Sarah cringing when he showed it to them.

"The newest one is my shoulder, you can see it's a little bit off," he said as he pulled his collar down and exposed what appeared to be a bone pushing up against the skin.

The reveal had the hosts cringing, unable to hide their squeamishness at how gruesome it looked.

"Oh no! I can't look at that! It looks like a collarbone that's not supposed to be there," Sarah screamed.

"Show us again, that is creepy but magnificent," Karl added, unable to look away.
