'Very Clark Kent': Karl Stefanovic debuts new look on Today
Karl Stefanovic has surprised viewers and his co-hosts, sporting a new look on Today this morning.
The breakfast TV host opened the show as usual alongside his co-host Sarah Abo, reading the latest breaking news stories of the day.
Except there was one very big difference to any other morning on the show, with the 50-year-old wearing a pair of black-framed reading glasses.

"I'm liking the specs Karl, they suit you," Sarah said.
"They're giving big Clark Kent vibes."
But ever the modest mouse, Karl revealed the real reason he had to debut this new look.
"Yeah I'm getting really old now, really old," he laughed.
