The Golden Globes have wrapped for another year and it was a huge night for our Aussies.

Elizabeth Debecki beat out the one and only Meryl Streep for her role as Princess Diana in The Crown, while Sarah Snook also took home Best Actress in a TV Drama for her work in Succession, after being up against heavyweights Helen Mirren and Emma Stone.

And while it was a slightly disappointing night for Barbie, the Margot Robbie-led production still took home two of the nine awards it was up for, including the new Cinematic and Box Office Achievement award and another for Billie Eilish's Best Original Song, What Was I Made For? which was written with her brother Finneas O'Connell.
