'Have I just overshared?': Danika's shower admission stuns co-hosts
What we do in the bathroom is no doubt a very personal subject, but one Today team member has stunned her co-hosts with a quirky shower habit.
The internet is divided this morning over whether or not we should be showering facing the running water, or away from it.
This comes after a TikToker's claim neurodivergent people shower facing away from the water, where one commenter clapped back that is actually "the correct way to shower".

The claim surprised the Today hosts, with Karl, Jayne and Sarah agreeing most people probably face both ways at different times during a shower, inward to wash their face for example and outward when washing their back.
But Danika chimed in with another quirky way that she sometimes showers, leaving her co-hosts unsure of what to say.
"I sit down in the shower sometimes... just on the floor," the sport presenter said.
"Only sometimes.. if I need a break... have I just overshared?"
The team were unsure what to take from Danika's admission. Today
Danika's co-hosts were in hysterics at the admission, asking Danika how long she's in the shower that she needs to sit on the floor for a rest break.
The 34-year-old managed to compose herself long enough to read the latest sport news, but added another fun fact about her showering after the segment.
"I also like turning the water up so hot that it scolds my skin," she said.
