Confusion over lockdown restrictions leave Victorian dance studio 'devastated'

The easing of lockdown restrictions has brought some relief to regional Victoria, but many businesses are still struggling to get back on their feet, blaming confusing regulations and red tape.

And one of those suffering is Pulsate Dance Force studio in Wangaratta.

The owner, Samantha Pulvirenti , spoke to Today about the impacts the coronavirus restrictions are having.
