Calum Scott drops by to Dickie's for dinner

Calum Scott became an overnight sensation exactly ten years ago when he entered Britain's Got Talent and proved he has one of the best voices out there.

He's also one of the loveliest blokes on the planet, so the second he stepped of the plane for his tour Down Under, Richard Wilkins invited him round for a catch-up and a meal.

The Nine entertainment editor whipped up some delicious bruschetta for the Dancing On My Own singer, while they chatted about what they got up to over Christmas, Calum's recent tour with Ed Sheeran and his attempt at Dry January.

"I find myself reflecting a lot, I've just had waves of gratitude and emotions ten years since that moment where Simon Cowell kind of changed my life on BGT," he said.

"Honestly, it's these certain moments of my life where I'm just blown away."

Calum revealed he still has imposter syndrome, despite his success around the world, but knows he must be doing something right because people continue wanting to listen to his music.

And of course, Dickie is one of the masses, who joked there is no such thing as a free dinner and invited Calum to have an impromptu jam session in his Northern Beaches living room.
