Statement: Youi respond after Brisbane family's home destroyed by fire

Statement from Youi insurance about Grieve family home fire:

"We sympathise with the Grieve family following the fire at their home. Unfortunately the Grieves do not have current home insurance cover with Youi as their most recent policy finished in July 2022 and was not renewed despite Youi following its renewal procedures and contacting the family on numerous occasions throughout July and August last year to try to establish a new policy."
