Lady Gaga has announced a second Aussie show following huge demand for pre-sale tickets.

The extra show will be on December 6 at Melbourne's Marvel Stadium with general admission tickets on sale for all shows from tomorrow.

And if Gaga's headlining Coachella this weekend was anything to go by, those little monsters will have their credit cards all warmed up and ready to go.

And Kylie Minogue's career continues from strength to strength with her Tension Tour playing in Austin, Texas tomorrow.

Kylie is set to receive a huge honour, the prestigious Ted Albert Award at the APRA Awards in a fortnight for her outstanding contribution to Australian music.

Meantime, double Oscar winner Cate Blanchett has suggested that she may have had enough of acting.

Discussing her desire for retirement in a recent interview in London, she said she's ready to focus on life away from the world stage and screen.

Odds are firming for Taylor Swift to play Whitney Houston's role in The Bodyguard remake.

There is no news as to whether Kevin Costner would be reprising his role from the original, however Sam Wrench, who directed Taylor's record breaking Eras Tour film, is set to bring the remake to life, with people putting two and two together, saying that Taylor would fit the bill and I reckon she would.

And there are calls for Donald Trump to be cut from Home Alone 2.

The US president famously fought for a cameo in the sequel, in a scene at the Plaza Hotel, which he owned at the time.

Director Christopher Columbus wants to remove the scene from the movie, but worries that he'll be banished from the country.

Finally, we've received a first look at the third season of Sex and the City spin off series, And Just Like That.

Carrie, Miranda and Charlotte return for more hijinks in the Big Apple, with some familiar and fresh faces joining the mix.
