Toby the Turtle seized by police in Queensland

Queensland Police officers have shelled out a warning to a reptile owner with no current licence.
Constable Ben Skene attended a Gold Coast home last week and seized Toby the Turtle.

Toby was forced to spend a night in the “shell-blocks” of Southport Police Station before being handed to the Environmental Protection Agency.
He is set to be reunited with his owner once adequate accreditation has been sought.
