Cindy was sent these screenshots of the Tinder profile yesterday afternoon, claiming to be the 22-year-old.

Thorburn served 16 months behind bars of his four year sentence after pleading guilty to three charges including incest and perjury in 2017.

He lied to authorities about his sexual encounter with the then 12-year-old Logan schoolgirl. A lie which formed part of a disturbing family pact - to protect his murderous father Rick Thorburn.

Rick is still serving time behind bars, Trent's mother and brother have both been released.

Cindy, was appalled by the profile, but wasn't shocked.

"It's just a slap in the face to show you, how the whole family have gone on to live their lives as if nothing's happened and I’m the only one here living this sentence," she told 9News.

"These evil pieces of work are out there living their lives and still trying to maintain life as if nothing's happened."

By being on the dating app, Trent Thorburn is legally doing nothing wrong. When he was released from prison last year, it was on a suspended sentence, not parole. Meaning he isn't under any restrictions or supervision.

Despite his freedom - Tiahleigh's mum and supporters don't want people to forget the family who took her little girl.

"People need to remember the community needs to be protected."
