Three charged after man's arm broken in Sydney servo brawl

Three men have been charged after a brawl at a Sydney service station left a man with a broken arm.

At about 9pm on Thursday, May 15, a 37-year-old man went to a car wash at a service station on Canterbury Road, Belmore in the city's south-west.

He was approached by an unknown man, and the pair had an argument, police say.

That man left, but police allege he returned a short time later with two other men, and that they attacked the 37-year-old.

All parties involved had left by the time police arrived.

Police spoke to the 37-year-old man in hospital, where he was being treated for facial injuries and a fractured arm.

He has since been discharged.

Three men, aged 35, 27, and 22, were arrested last night after an investigation.

They were all charged with affray and refused bail to appear in court today.
