A third person has been charged over the death of a man in Melbourne in July.

A 47-year-old Frankston man was allegedly fatally assaulted at a property on Binalong Avenue in Chadstone on Tuesday, July 18.

His body was found on Railway Parade in Chadstone on Friday, July 21, following a police search.

Two people have been arrested after a man died in Melbourne. A 36-year-old woman was arrested last night in Seaford, while a 35-year-old man was arrested this afternoon in Carrum Downs. The body of a man, who is yet to be formally identified, was found on Railway Parade in Chadstone this afternoon.

A 36-year-old woman and 35-year-old man were both charged with one count of murder and remanded in custody to appear in court on November 17.

This morning, police said a 53-year-old man was arrested in Boronia yesterday afternoon and charged with one count of murder.

He will appear in court today.
