A teenager has been winched from a rock ledge after a cliff top fall on Sydney's north shore.
Police say the 19-year-old fell onto rocks from about six metres at Middle Head, in Mosman, on Sunday afternoon.
They say he spent over an hour-and-a-half stranded before an ambulance helicopter winched him to safety.
