Teenager hit by bus in Sydney's west

A teenager is in a serious condition after being hit by a bus in Sydney's west.
Paramedics were called following reports the 17-year-old boy had been hit by a bus on Morris St, Smithfield, about 8.30am on Friday.
He suffered a head injury and was taken to Westmead Hospital in a serious condition.
