Teenager charged over Melbourne stabbing

A 15-year-old boy has been charged with stabbing another teenager while he walked a friend home from a Melbourne party.
Police charged the Maidstone teenager with intentionally causing serious injury and other assault-related offences on Wednesday.
He will face a Children's Court at a later date.

Three other boys - two 14-year-olds and a 15-year-old - were arrested on Tuesday but were released.
They are expected to be charged on summons, police say.
The 14-year-old victim remains in hospital after he suffered lacerations across his chest in Cranbourne on Saturday night.
