Teenager charged following death of Narre Warren South woman

A teenage boy has been charged with one count of murder and two counts of attempted murder in relation to an alleged stabbing in Melbourne's south-east last month.

Channa Tep, 42, died after she was allegedly stabbed at her Springvalley Way home in Narre Warren South on November 30.

She was airlifted to hospital following the incident but could not be saved.

A 70-year-old woman and a three-year-old girl were also transported to hospital after they sustained serious injuries in the alleged stabbing.

Homicide Squad detectives charged the 15-year-old today and he will appear at a children's court this afternoon.

He also sustained injuries and was in hospital under police guard for several weeks.
