NSW teen winched to safety after 40m cliff fall

A 16-year-old boy had to be winched to safety after plunging more than 40m down a cliff face at Mulgoa, outside Sydney this afternoon.

Emergency services rushed to Nepean Gorge this afternoon after the boy slipped and fell.

He suffered head and chest injuries during the incident and was winched back to the top of the cliff before being rushed to hospital for treatment.
