Two girls to face court after 15-year-old girl allegedly bashed in car park

Two girls will face court tomorrow after disturbing footage of an attack on a 15-year-old was released on social media.

The vision shows a 14-year-old girl approach a silver sedan in a NSW Central Coast car park before dragging the victim onto the ground and punching her repeatedly.

The girl’s mother said the incident, which happened on the December 29, 2014, left her horrified.

"It made me sick to see my little girl hit like that," she told The Daily Telegraph. "[It was] a mother's worst nightmare."

"She could have been killed. A lot of those blows to the back of the head could have killed her."

In the background of the video another girl's voice can be heard saying "You've got this c---, You've got this fat bitch".

When the victim attempts to fight back, a 16-year-old girl comes into frame, grabbing her by the hair and dragging her along the ground.

She then proceeds to knee and punch her in the head and telling her to "get in the car you fat f---".

The victim's mother said the fight emerged when her daughter remained friends with one of the girl's ex-boyfriends.

Tuggerah Lakes duty officer Chief Inspector Tim Winmill said the two girls were both charged with affray and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

They are due to appear at Wyong Children's Court tomorrow.
