Hunt for mystery millionaire with TattsLotto prize unclaimed
An Aussie is an instant millionaire but doesn’t know it, with TattsLotto urging people to check their tickets.
Four people won $1,018,499.24 in the national TattsLotto draw 3905, which was announced on December 22 last year.
But one of the division one winners is yet to claim their life-changing prize.
The ticket was purchased at Coburg Hub Lotto on Sydney Road in Coburg, Melbourne, but was not registered to a Tatts Card.
“We’ve been telling everyone to check their tickets!” Coburg Hub Lotto owner Prokash Kundu said in a statement.
“A few people have been speculating about the delay in our winner coming forward.
“Are they on holidays? Or have they lost the ticket?”
Tatts spokesperson Browyn Spencer added, “Our winner could be completely unaware that they are now over $1 million richer”.
