Tas logger wants Lapoinya protest to stop

Tasmanian loggers have accused protesters at its Lapoinya site of recklessly and dangerously putting their lives at risk.
"Protesters are deliberately putting themselves in harm's way by placing themselves in the immediate vicinity of heavy machinery," Forestry Tasmania manager Nigel Foss said on Thursday.
The state-owned logger says it respects the right of people to protest but is warning the demonstrators' "dangerous incursions" need to stop because they are unsafe.
