AAP
A Tasmanian police constable will be charged with dangerous driving over an incident near Hobart last year.
The 39-year-old officer was off duty at the time of the alleged incident in Kingston on October 20 and will be charged on summons with one count of dangerous driving, police say.
The constable has been assigned to non-operational duties and barred from driving police vehicles until the case is resolved.
