Public input urged for Tas floods review

An independent government review into the 2016 Tasmanian floods is calling for public submissions.

The review is considering the state's preparedness and management of the June floods and the more recent ones in Huonville.

Heavy rain in early June cost the lives of at least two people and resulted in 260 properties being flooded, while in July, floodwaters in Huonville rose to their highest level in more than two decades.
