Hooded thieves wanted over Tas hotel theft

Thieves wearing rain jackets, hooded tops and gloves have made off with cash from a Launceston hotel.

Police say the robbers stole the cash from the Irish Murphy Hotel around 3.30am on Tuesday.

They have called on anyone who drove past the hotel between 3.30am and 5.15am and noticed suspicious activity to contact police.
