Woman fatally stabbed in Sydney home

A man has been arrested after a woman was fatally stabbed in Sydney's west today.
The woman was found by police with stab wounds at a home on Harrow Road in Berala just before 10am.
She was treated by paramedics but died at the scene.

A man has been arrested and has been taken to Auburn Police Station. He is yet to be charged.
Police believe the incident is domestic related.
A crime scene has been established and police remain at the home.
