Sydney man in hospital after 'targeted' shooting

A man is in a stable condition in hospital after being shot in Sydney's south.
Emergency services were called to a home on Anderson Avenue in Panania following reports a person had been shot.
NSW Police said officers arrived to find a 35-year-old man with a single gunshot wound to his left leg.

The man was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics.
He was then transported by ambulance to Liverpool Hospital, where he remains in a stable condition.
Police have said they believe the incident was a "targeted attack".
A crime scene has been established at the home.
