Woman sobs as she's jailed for killing mother and son in Sydney crash

A woman has sobbed in court as she was jailed for at least a year and a half for killing a mother and one of her twins, in a crash south of Sydney.

Athena Vibert was speeding and likely suffered a seizure when she drove onto the wrong side of the Hume Highway at Pheasants Nest in 2017.

Julie Bullock and her son Hudson, seven, died.

Athena Vibert had stopped taking her epilepsy medication that morning and had hidden her condition from the RMS.
