A woman has sobbed in court as she was jailed for at least a year and a half for killing a mother and one of her twins, in a crash south of Sydney.

Athena Vibert was speeding and likely suffered a seizure when she drove onto the wrong side of the Hume Highway at Pheasants Nest in 2017.
