Service station worker attacked with hammer
A service station worker has been attacked with a hammer during a violent armed hold up in Sydney’s southwest.
Just before 4.30 this morning two people on a dirt bike rode into the Ingleburn service station where CCTV footage shows the alleged offenders smash the victim’s window before hitting him in the head various times with a hammer.

They then stole cash and cigarettes from the store before fleeing on the bike.
The 52-year-old victim was taken to hospital and police are investigating.
